📝 Ingredients

For the Cupcakes:

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup milk

For the Frosting:

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 2-3 tbsp milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Sprinkles for decoration

🍰 Instructions

Step 1 : Preheat & Prepare:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.

Step 2 : Mix the Dry Ingredients:
In a bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.

Step 3 : Cream the Butter and Sugar:
In another bowl, beat the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy. Add in the eggs, one at a time, followed by vanilla extract. Mix well.

Step 4 : Combine the Wet and Dry Ingredients:
Alternate adding the dry ingredients and milk to the butter mixture. Start and end with the dry ingredients. Mix until just combined.

Step 5 : Bake:
Spoon the batter evenly into the cupcake liners, filling each about 2/3 full. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

Step 6 : Frost & Decorate:
Let the cupcakes cool completely. For the frosting, beat together butter, powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth and fluffy. Pipe or spread the frosting onto the cooled cupcakes and top with sprinkles.

Step 7 : Enjoy:
