Banana Bread Recipe

Ingredients
- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1 teaspoon baking soda

- 1 large egg, beaten

- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
Cooking Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
- In a mixing bowl, combine mashed bananas and melted butter.
- Add baking soda and salt and mix well.
- Stir in sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract.
- Add flour and mix until just combined.
- Pour batter into the greased loaf pan.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Remove from oven and let cool in the pan for 10 minutes.
- Remove from pan and let cool completely on a wire rack.
