Almond Flour Banana Bread

Ingredients
- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Cooking Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan with coconut oil.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas, eggs, honey, coconut oil, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
- In a separate mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Mix well.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until well combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth out the top with a spatula.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the bread comes out clean.
- Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.
