  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for frying

Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. Coat the chicken breasts in breadcrumbs, pressing the breadcrumbs onto the chicken to make sure they stick.
  4. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Fry the chicken breasts for 3-4 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
  5. Transfer the chicken breasts to a baking dish. Pour the marinara sauce over the chicken.
  6. Top each chicken breast with shredded mozzarella cheese and grated Parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake the chicken in the oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Remove the baking dish from the oven and let it cool for 5 minutes before serving.
